Returns are accepted with in two weeks of purchase. (Returns for store credit are available for 30 days after your purchase) The package must be postmarked by the 14th day (or the 30th day for store credit), and items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached (if applicable). There must be no make up stains, no pet hair, no deodorant stains, and no odor of any kind.
Jewelry, Accessories, and sale items are final sale. Shoes can be returned but must be in unworn condition.
All clearance/sale items are final sale. Any item sold at greater than a 25% discount is final sale.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please include your packing slip or a print our of your receipt in the package.
We are unable to do exchanges due to the quick turnover of inventory.
